Set your alarm and get on the road early to meet at Scott and Susan Francks, 3220 Buckeye Ct, Napa, and be ready to roll promptly at 10:30. We will ride past a few wineries as we make our way to Yountville where we will purchase lunch and have a picnic in the park. Continuing past the sculptures on the Yountville Art Walk we will follow the Napa Valley Vine Trail back to the start.
All paces welcome, we will split up into different pace groups if needed. Wet pavement or AQI over 100 will modify the route. At mile 16 we will split off to do a ~30 mile loop past Lake Hennessey then return to Yountville and rejoin Diane's route (we will likely miss their picnic in the park, but can purchase food at the market). Continuing past the sculptures on the Yountville Art Walk we will follow the Napa Valley Vine Trail back to the start. This will be a somewhat brisk pace to try to make up for the extra mileage and meet back at the Francks' house for post-ride wind down.
